Why the hell would anyone stay at the same agency for 24 years?

That was the question I answered during the Friday Forum at the VCU Brandcenter. A level playing field, lots of new biz, I could grow at my own pace, I loved my boss, I've done some pretty good work and many other tips and anecdotes.
